今回使用している生地は、丸編地（カットソー地）の名産地、和歌山県に現存する数少ない旧式の吊り編み機によって丁寧に辛抱強く作られた生地を使用したこだわりの生地なのです！！


吊り編み機は固定された"シンカーホイル"で低速で編み立てるので、糸に余計な負担をかけず、機械で強制的に巻き取る事もしないで、自然な形で溜めながら作られているそうです！！
なので、その風合いは現在の編み機では再現が難しく、丈夫な仕上がりになります♪
洗い込むほどに風合いが増す事を実感でき、長年愛用出来るT-シャツとなるよう丁寧に作り込まれた逸品です♪
ちなみに、この吊り編み機１日で作れる生地はわずかだそうでその量は、現在の編み機で言うところの"15分"作動させ作らせた量ぐらいだそうです＾＾；
現在の編み機の大量生産できる性能もすごいですが、逆に旧式吊り編み機の生地が希少である事は言うまでもないですね〜〜＾＾；
